These terms govern your use of TinyUseful (the website at www.tinyuseful.app) — a static utility website with eleven browser-based tools. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the site. The terms are written in plain English on purpose.

1. What the site is

TinyUseful is a free, browser-based collection of eleven small calculators (money tools and conversions). Everything runs locally in your browser. We do not require an account, and we do not store the values you enter into the tools.

2. No warranty

The tools are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We try to make the math and the word logic correct, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Mortgage and Loan calculators are not financial advice. The Type-of-Word and Syllable Counter tools are not a substitute for a dictionary or a qualified language expert.

Always verify any number that matters — for example before signing a loan, paying tax, or making an investment decision — with a qualified professional or the relevant institution.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• Attempt to overload, attack, or otherwise disrupt the site.
• Scrape the site at industrial scale (basic respectful use is fine; if in doubt, see robots.txt).
• Reproduce the site's design or code wholesale and pass it off as your own. The source is open on GitHub for personal study and inspiration, but the brand and copy are not licensed for resale.

4. Advertising

The site shows one advertising slot, clearly labelled. When ads are served by Google AdSense, the advertiser, not us, is responsible for the content of the ad. We do not endorse advertised products and have no commercial relationship with the advertiser beyond receiving display revenue.

5. Third-party links and services

Pages may link to third-party websites (for example Cloudflare's privacy policy or Google's ad policy). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyUseful and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from any decision you made based on a calculation or word lookup performed on the site.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL with the Last updated date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
